Citizen’s Advisory Board

Jeff Kistler

Jeff and his wife have been residents of Banning Lewis Ranch since 2009, and have been enjoying all the benefits BLR has to offer. Jeff serves as board president of the Citizen's Advisory Board, leads the BLR Ski Club, and will soon join the Jeep Club. During his off time, you can find Jeff jumping off snow covered peaks or hiking with his wife and two crazy dogs on one of the many hiking trails in Colorado, camping in the rugged terrain, or just relaxing in the fresh air.

Ryan Flores

He and his wife, Cathy, have two children, Austin and Annabelle. Ryan likes to spend time outdoors and is also a sports enthusiast. In his downtime, he enjoys golfing, watching a baseball game, and everything about classic cars.

Yvette Fraticelli

Her professional background includes more than 20 years as an accountant and over 10 years as an executive assistant and office manager. She has worked for major Real Estate companies and several other industries throughout her career, and has computer network experience, extensive knowledge of software programs, and web design experience. Yvette loves playing golf, reading, watching movies, solving puzzles, meeting new people, and helping others whenever possible.

Banning Lewis Ranch residents are an active bunch. They gladly take part in clubs and activities to help shape our community. So much so, The Banning Lewis Ranch Citizen’s Advisory Board (CAB) was formed, a leadership committee helping turn your conversations with residents and developers into action.

Covenants, public safety, land and development, and social and communication are all topics we take fully to heart.
