Northtree Ranch House

The heart of Banning Lewis Ranch beats with laughs, lounging, and the occasional ker-splash, thanks to our junior Olympic pool and splash zone, keeping your kids good and wet. For shadeseekers, a large patio plush with comfy cushions oversees your kids’ hijinks. Our fitness room boasts high-tech equipment machines and free weights wall to wall.

Our fitness room boasts high-tech equipment machines and free weights wall to wall, with the exception of floor exercise space reserved for anyone with heart for Zumba and yoga. The meeting room, meanwhile, serves as a good getaway to catch up with neighbors or just curl up with a good novel.

As the community center point, the Ranch House not only serves as a “community sales office” like it has in the past, but offers better designed and quality space for residents.

Vista Water Park

It’s a whole world of water with buckets filling and drenching, squirt guns, a long, loonnnnggg water slide, and yes, a beach with ivory lounge chairs rolls right into turquoise blue waters. Two lifeguards on duty at all times oversee all the fun, fun, and more fun splashing Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Briarwood

Our neighborhood park is a popular gathering spot, and for good reason. The fire pit, BBQ court, and raised community gardens are relaxing after work. Put on your walking shoes and head on over to our pickleball courts, a new dog park, and our aquatic park—a kids favorite. This park is only accessible to Briarwood Bungalows Residents.

Parks, Trails, & Playgrounds

Fun fact: every home at Banning Lewis will be within a park, trail, or open space. It’s true. Four neighborhood parks. Community park between the school and Ranch House. A network of pasillos (open space corridors). 75+ acres of parks, trails and open space.

Northtree Park

It’s a bit like ‘Central Park’. Soccer and baseball fields provide space for neighborhood games. Right next to the Northtree Ranch House Recreation and Information Center, extra outdoor play space for Banning Lewis Ranch Academy, our public K-8 charter school. Free WiFi too, for those wanting to surf the web and soak up some sun.

Fit & Fun Park

Very cool outdoor exercise structures entertain kids (and the big ones, too) while helping keep everyone good and fit. This fun setting resides at the northern portion of the village.

Climbers Park

Well named. This vertical adventure play challenge features a series of rocks designed to thrill climbers of all ages. Some will say “easy as pie.” Some will say “ai-yi-yi!”

Cottonwood Preserve

This natural green space features a meandering trail running along Northtree’s eastern edge and passing through three small grass parks along the way. The Preserve also serves as an attractive buffer between Northtree and Banning Lewis Ranch’s second village.

Pickleball Court

Whether you are new to the sport, or a seasoned pro, check out our new pickleball courts and see what the buzz is all about. Pickleball is a fun way for the entire family to get outside and be active.

Dog Park

The perfect space for you and your best friend to play and breathe in the fresh mountain air with plenty of room for an exhilarating game of catch or just soaking up the Colorado sun.
